That should be the stipulation. If you take this money, we also include airfare back to your continent of origin, from which your ancestors were forcibly removed into a life of slavery. If this country has treated you so horribly? You shall denounce your U.S. citizenship and accept a one-way ticket back to the African country of your choice. This way you can regain the life in Africa that was stolen from you when your ancestors were forced against their will to travel to America.
