Friends company was hauling a car and one of the wheels came off and hit another car putting a dent in it. No one wrecked, no one was hurt and the police made a report and the guy said he was perfectly fine he just wanted the dent fixed. My guy says no problem get an estimate and I’ll send you a check.

One week later he gets a call from the office’s of Gordon Mckernan saying the guy had late onset severe neck pain, insomnia and mental issues from the “jolt” of the tire hitting his vehicle.

The insurance company will probably write a 50k check to not defend the case.....

These injuries are plausible and a good reason to secure your haul. Insurance Company is lucky they’re not paying for the death of a family.

Any attorney that advertises in TV is playing strictly a numbers game of file as many suits as possible and settle as quickly as possible. It's all about cash flow. They have paralegals who do all the negotiations and work.

this is highly unlikely

they may have received a letter/fax saying they should notify the insurance company, but i highly doubt (1) the company was called or (2) the injuries were discussed
