I am watching it right now. Its incredible that he had so many recordings and even more incredible that the recordings survived Katrina.
It is a rare person who can harness their intense grief and turn it into something that saves lives. It truly was a calling to him, a mission that he more than fulfilled.
It truly was a heartbreaking story but i was so amused by his wife in the 2nd episode towards the end When he got in a heated discussion with his wife. He was recording and he said something that angered her and she wanted to hit him so he said "she almost just hit me" and she snapped back at him in her full chalmette accent/voice and said " yeah, I almost punched him. I almost punched him in the face just now everybody on the tape recorder. ".

I watched it the last couple days and am still wondering if there was a significant NOPD connection to Clegget, I guess they could say the officers were posted there for security but they had to see what was going on if they were there every night. Weird it wasn’t really mentioned
