We wanted to finance and manage a location in BR. Franchise style.

Like I said in my first post, they were entertaining offers at the time but shut it down as soon as we said Baton Rouge. They had a list of cities that were Go or No Go and BR was on the latter list.

Never been to a top golf but I mean how expensive is it? Like 50 dollars an hour per person?

It's a knockoff but the TopGolf knockoff here in Bossier has a pretty decent thing going.

They have more than your normal top golf though and their social media team is crazy good.

They have long drive competitions, they've recently got the high school teams around ding competitions there. There is a nine hole par 3 course that is lighted so you can play actual golf and they do scambles every tuesday night. Also has a 18 hole putting course that is cheap.

It's still new but they seem to be doing pretty good. The Tuesday night scrambles are really fun.
