so tonight in Nye Co., NV we've had a drunk in a Saints hat and a lead foot with a Packers sticker on a car

Ever notice , the cameraman in the passenger seat always has their seatbelt buckled behind them. Whenever they get back into the car the seatbelt is already buckled, isnt that illegal?
