Between charity money, school funding and, government money there has never been more money going into the urban areas for programs.
What is happening to all the money already pouring in??????
Let’s start asking those in charge of spending it where it went and what do they have to show for it. Because just like everything else 80% of this money is lost or stolen.

So, when we were kids, we played football in the yard. Played basketball on the grass until the ground became bare. We wrestled and played hide and seek. Hunted, we all had guns, which were never pointed at one another. Without any program. What the?
