He told me a story once that the night of the assassination he and some buddies were in a diner downtown. It was them and only one other customer sitting in a booth. The other diner walked over and asked if he could look at the classifieds, they gave them to him. He took them and few minutes later brought them back. Few minutes later he came back and asked for it again....he did this like 3 times. The last time he told them thank you and that if they were ever downtown to come be a guest at his club...it was Jack Ruby. Curious if he was looking for instructions in the classifieds
It is well known that the CIA and Mafia used/ use classified ads for messages from handlers. In fact, I know on of Oswald’s (old lady, now) handlers is still alive….. so until she croaks, nothing is coming out

Not saying she is an honorable person. I think all these CIA types had very fractionated assignments and had no idea what the entire puzzle picture was until it all came together.

he didn't. he was set up. handled by the CIA for 5 years. in and out of russia no problem. ruth paine gets him a job at the book depository a month before the assassination. there were a lot of people working behind the scenes to make sure he was in place. and make sure everything was set up properly. it was well executed.

How/why did JFK use the mafia to get elected president and then how/why did he turn on them?
I've seen strange comments about JFK and his father and the mafia etc but have never found an explanation about this and what it means or what happened

kennedy pissed off a lot of people in two years. the mafia, the military higher ups, the cuban exiles, the anti-communist factions (Dallas groups thought kennedy was a communist) CIA, the FBI... him firing dulles didn't help. dulles later would volunteer on the warren commission.
JFK made a lot of enemies in a short time. bay of pigs was a disaster for the intelligence community and military industrial complex. giant frick up. and after that, they wanted their war in vietnam to pay off the military contractors. Kennedy didn't want to play ball.
Certain people at the CIA helped coordinate the whole thing by putting the players in place. Oswald went to the theatre to meet his handler there. he was set up and he knew it. tbh I think the plan was to have him killed in the theatre and that didn't work out. ruby got involved after that with his contacts in the DPD to clean it up so oswald could be silenced forever and they would pin the whole thing on him. they needed a scapegoat and the CIA had him under their control for years leading up to it. they had their groomed patsy in place as planned.
I believe there were several shooters according to all of the evidence.
House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA) 1979 report concluded that there was a "high probability that two gunmen fired JFK. The HSCA also concluded that Kennedy was likely assassinated as a result of a conspiracy.
