As some of you may know, I’m moving to the north shore. Looking for a place to raise a family. Kid will be going to north lake Christian. How are the Northpark Estates?

Pros/Cons

The houses are packed in there like sardines, but they are all different designs. It seems clean and safe.

TIA

I've stayed at that Courtyard before.

Move in there, looks nice.
And easy access to Lee's Burgers

It's not bad. Just be careful on some days in the Northernmost areas you can smell the Primate center monkey shite. Seriously

This situation gets better and better each time you come here looking for recommendations.

I work in Northpark - as others have stated, traffic is horrible on 190 right in front of that area. Won’t be an issue getting your kid to and from NLC. But good luck if you need to go anywhere that requires a left turn - they’re not allowed on 190.

I have family that lives in there. Nice neighborhood. Seems safe. Convenient location with everything you’d really need fairly close on 190. Traffic is a lot better on 190 after all that road work was done

Are they still developing that area, as in adding more office/corporate space?
