She has 100% ruined Takers podcast. shite isn't even worth listening to anymore.
Never thought I'd see a TNA wrestler on a main roster show.

Will somebody explain the deal with the Undertakers podcast? I have no idea what you guys are talking about

Yeah didn't see that one coming.
Taker had a hand in ruining his own reputation and podcast by outright fricking over his "friend" and "stealing" his show without even do much as a talk. Just a "this doesn't work for bud".
fricking scummy way to handle it.

This match fricks harder than peej

Dolph Ziggler was on RAW in the Last Time is Now tournament and he’s signed to TNA.

There’s been a ton of back and forth since the “partnership“

Don't see AJ mess up like that much.

That was great. Let the young guns show out but the main roster guys get their due

He basically fired his co host that started his podcast for his wife when WWE took it over.

He and a guy started a podcast. Cohost was annoying but you could tolerate it. The WWE machine (and Mrs. Taker) decided to drop cohost and have it fall under the WWE umbrella.
I've listened to a little of the Michelle McCool and some dead guy podcast and its her over valuing herself.

They're not doing "farewell NXT" call-ups anymore. It's now more of a "soft opening" style. They will now slowly transition to the main roster.
This isn’t true.
Even setting aside tonight they've had several NXT wrestlers on main roster shows months ago and they're still in NXT. Lash wrestled on the main roster before the last round of cuts, wrestled Nia in NXT last spring, and was first moved to full time a month ago. Je-von has also wrestled a few times. Sol has now wrestled on the main roster at least 3 times (twice while holding NXT gold). Do you think these people are picked randomly? This whole night has been a "soft debut" for most of these wrestlers.

Many NXT stars like Je'Von Evans, Sol Ruca, and Zaria have already wrestled a couple of matches on the main roster before officially making the move. Some other names wrestling fans expect to get the call-up soon include Oba Femi, Ricky Saints, Trick Williams, Jordynne Grace, and Tony D’Angelo.

Odds on their being a “fast one” pulled on us for John’s match

Gotcha. Thanks

She also forced Mickie James out of the LFG show so she could be on it.

Grok can type faster than me.
The podcast launched independently in late 2023/early 2024 as Six Feet Under with Mark Calaway. It featured Calaway sharing unfiltered wrestling stories and behind-the-scenes anecdotes with his close friend and co-host Matthew Lyda (often called Matt). Fans praised the raw, candid vibe—Calaway used his real name to separate it from his "Undertaker" character, allowing for more personal and uncensored discussions.
Key Changes Leading to Controversy
In early 2025 (around March), the podcast went on an unexplained hiatus.
It relaunched in June 2025 under WWE's ownership (as part of a partnership with Fanatics, similar to other WWE-backed podcasts).
The title shifted to Six Feet Under with The Undertaker, emphasizing the gimmick.
Matthew Lyda was removed as co-host without public explanation at the time.
Calaway's wife, former WWE wrestler Michelle McCool, became the new co-host.
The format evolved to include more structured elements, like "watch-along" segments on a dedicated WWE YouTube channel, leading to perceptions of a more sanitized, corporate tone.
Basically the had a podcast where Taker just showed up when he felt like it and it was fun. It blew up. They were pulling down $300k + in an episode in revenue and ad reads for shoes, zyns and dick pills.
Probably more money than Matt had ever seen. They just had a handshake deal because they were friends. Taker rugpulled Matt and took a deal to do the same show for WWE without Matt.
