That show has the most unrealistic dialogue I’ve ever heard
It's written on a 2nd grade level

I saw the first 3 episodes through prime. Seems like they are just interested in delivering memorable cool one liners instead actual dialogs that move the story. I didn’t care for any of the characters. Even when some of the characters die, I had to click the remote to see how many minutes left.

The wife and daughter have become insufferable and is the primary reason I haven't watched any more episodes of this season yet, after the 2nd episode. The wife's character sucks. frick her and if I lived in that house I would not be able to exist with her. I am not saying they are not hot, its just that every scene with them feels like its just thrown into the show.
I don't know much about what a landman does, but is the storyline with the son a realistic? With how he was able to get his own outfit up and running as fast as he did?
And he feels like an outsider to his family, but then when he gets around his sister they fight like they are in junior high. The whole show doesn't feel glued together.

Yeah
Billy Bob and Jon Hamm had me roped in for the first season
It has sadly jumped the shark now and went the cringey Yellowstone route now

I met Demi Moore in 2013 at a friend’s house in LA. He is a renowned celebrity photographer (Brian Bowen-Smith for reference). Dude has photographed half of Hollywood. Anyway, Brian invited me to bring my daughter (no pics) for a photo shoot at his house. Miley Cyrus had been there the week before which thrilled my 17-year old.
While we were there they had a barbecue (California terminology). Some time during the night Demi dropped by. She had recently split from Ashton Kutcher. Eventually someone introduced us. She pronounced her name De-MEE. She could not have been more gracious, down to earth, humble and sweet. I was a nobody from Alabama, but she took time to ask me questions and really listened. I think she had a difficult background/childhood and this affects her worldview and how she sees and treats others.
At some point during our conversation someone came into the house and asked if a car could be moved to let someone out. It was Demi’s. She turned to me and said “King of the World, would you mind moving my car?” Which of course I did. I’ll always kick myself for not shooting my shot because she was smoking hot.
For this and other reasons my choice is Demi.
