I know, kinda redundant. This shite is insane. Apparently the mayor signed a 10yr contract with a Ramelli, then voided the contract after 2yrs. Then he signed a new deal with Sidney Torres.
Ramelli gets an injunction, the mayor takes Ramelli’s cans from homeowners and writes 22k individual littering fines to Ramelli. Now there are no Ramelli cans and Torres can’t pick up the trash, lol.
