Good ole baws want security, they want competence, they want clean, they want efficiency. What usually happens is one good ole baw is a little smarter than the rest of the group and figures out how to harness this positive energy to enrich himself. In the end, it’s the group who ends up getting screwed over.

Once you understand this basic tendency, you understand business and politics in Louisiana, and indeed the greater South.
