Huntwick Blvd is in Charles Park, they’ve been having a lot of vehicle burglaries in that subdivision for awhile now.
Lots of crime in Ellick, people are moving to Pineville,Deville,Kolin area.Woodworth is booming.
I see people in WalMart in Kingsville from Ellick, afraid to go to one in Ellick.
Friend of mine, bought a house in Katy,Texas and have their house for sale off 28-E.
I don’t know all the particulars but I’ve been there, very nice house in quiet neighborhood in a cul de sac.Priced at $189,000 which sounds cheap to me compared to prices I see other houses listed for. He’s pretty well to do so I think it’s priced to sell.

Ellick/Pineville is one of the places I weep for.
Was such a cool little slice of life in the late 80s-90s but then kinda stagnated, I guess due in part of the Air Force base closing?
Years back I had a work thing there for 1-3 nights, several times. Really got a feel for the cool old town, kinda stale, vibe it had. One afternoon I finished a depo grabbed a sixer and watched a local ball game with the fresh air and falling sun. Pretty cool really.

Hey OP, why are you blaming the owners for the alleged pricing? Aren’t home prices based on comps? I’m sure these houses are overpriced, but someone had to buy a similar home in the area for close to these prices. Why are you blaming the homeowners when it’s likely the listing agent set the price? Or are these all FSBO?
