They must of been flipping or otherwise in the middle of a crash and the pole is just what happened last? I mean they weren't just driving with all 4 wheels on the road into the pole and somehow that happened right? Dang that's nuts, they put that pole in well son of a gun didn't flinch.

The car would have had to have been moving really fast while sideways to bend like that. It seems like if it was rolling it would lose momentum.

It was my understanding that she was driving fast, was passing a car (against traffic... it's a 2 lane street running both ways next to I-10). The car she was passing was turning left and she clipped it as she was passing and it was starting to make the left turn.
The clipping of the other car caused her car to go on its side where it met the pole. I thought I read somewhere that she was airborne or slightly airborne and hit the pole.

The attachment would have caused her to be locked up and being locked up means going through withdrawal.
