I hope that the plan after we flatten out is to keep testing heavily, start opening some sectors back up, and monitor heavily. It will probably take several months to get everything going back to normal, longer if we have to slow down to keep the hospitals from being overwhelmed. Work from there.

There has to be a strategy forward, and it has to involve heavy testing and quarantining small sections that need it. Keep New Orleans closed for a while, open small towns and cities that aren't seeing much growth in infection (per capita)
