We spent the weekend a few years back fishing at Chicot St park during lent.. We decided to catch some local crawfish place since it was Friday, and we were in the middle of "cajun country"...
Worst shite I ever ate, boiled in plain water with the seasoning on the top, in an ice chest... My uncle was so pissed he stole their custom painted sign on the door that said "hot boiled crawfish served daily".. It's still in out camp today...

Stupid texans do that shite in the ice chest thinking they are making crawfish better than anyone in LA.

I treat dipping sauce like bbq sauce. If the meat's pretty bland, I'll use some sauce. If the meat is good on its own, I prefer not to mess with dipping sauce.
But I don't care if people use it on my crawfish. I'm just not going to be making them any.

I have never had seasoned on the outside crawfish, but watching the video I had to wonder what is the point of sucking heads if it was just boiled in plain water? Am I missing something?

Get seasoning on your lips. Then texans claim they spicy. Only its not the meat that is spicy
