ATT and Charter did a ton of shite right at our property line. Now, were getting sink holes in the area, but on our side of fence.

Backyard was fine till they started digging and shite. One hole was 3 feet deep, about 5 feet wide.

If it's in the front, it's probably not a servitude and likely road right of way, meaning the city owns it in title. ROWs are typically minimum 25' each side of road centerline

At my old house the city tore up my whole backyard and side yard with heavy equipment. It's a corner lot. There was a pipe running under the sidewalk in the side yard. They replaced the sidewalk but never put the pipe back and now the sidewalk acts like a dam and it floods in the backyard. The city refused to fix it. They said it was the responsibility of the contractor they hired but they refused to contact the contractor or give their name.
