A vaccine has never been developed for a Coronavirus. And even if one would be it would, probably be less than 50% effective. Increased cases are not a bad thing among healthy people to developing immunity in a community. Significant immunity will stop the spread.

I love when people post numbers like this. Go do your research and you'll realize that Texas really never got a first wave. They shut down before cases ever spiked. Every state getting a "2nd wave" never really had a large 1st wave.
