Geez.... What are we going to do? This stupidity continues to spread.
The whole "Me too" "cancel" etc liberal, fanatical type of mindset is so far out of rational thinking.
These people that spew this craziness must be a small number of crazies, yet they have this voice and nobody dares stand up.
Jimmy Fallon is a fricking comedian, he did a funny skit. I bet Chris Rock wasn't offended. If people don't like it, don't fricking watch it.

Are you absolutely positive Seth Myers wasn’t part of that skit?

I have no idea hoe Seth Myers keeps a show. He is the absolute worst host ever.

Fallon is pretty good at impersonations. His Neil Young is spot on. He wears a wig and plays the guitar. Both he and Young have white skin so he doesn’t need to change anything there.

The Chris Rock impersonation kinda needs to include darkened skin.... Because.... well... Chris Rock has dark skin. Heck, I’d venture a guess that if you asked Chris Rock, he’d be happy to confirm that his skin was black.

Oh, and every impersonation I’ve seen of Obama has been with dark skin. Snl originally had Fred Armisen darken his skin to do it but then they hired a dark skinned actor to do it.
I always thought they should have had Kenan Thompson do it just because he has dark skin but in no other way resembles Obama- now THAT is funny on many levels!

So we’re just sinking into a PC hellhole filled with shards of glass to keep everyone walking delicately around simple subjects for fear of cutting themselves to pieces and bleeding to death. Comedy should have no barriers imo. The viewer or listener is in charge of their own taste. No need to filter it for us.

Shame really. I bet Chris Rock isn’t offended and really... he’s the only one that matters in this whole thing.

It will begin to stop if/when people/companies STOP apologizing for it. It's all about power to the cancel culture losers and their willing ilk in the media. There is no actual "endgame". No real goal they are seeking to achieve. The power to make these celebrities/companies grovel in apologies is the purpose.

Chick-fil-a is a great example of what happens when you don't bow down to completely orchestrated "controversies". The media and liberal losers tried desperately to shut down Chick-fil-a (and occasionally still do). CFA did not apologize or grovel. They remained true to their mission and continued to provide a service to ANY customer that came to their store. As a result, their business didn't suffer. Instead, it exploded and they are the most profitable (per capita) fast food chain in America.

Eventually, the CFA "controversy" faded into the background because the media/cancel culture losers didn't get the power they sought and moved on to some other "crusade"...all while the lines at CFA continue to stretch 20 cars deep, all day long (except for Sundays).

Fallon/NBC. You did a skit several years ago. One where the ONLY person that "should" be offended almost assuredly isn't. Don't apologize. Within a week or so the angry mass of losers will move on.

Whenever an actor plays a character in a movie or tv, he is made up to look as close to the character as possible. Why is it wrong, if you are portraying a black person to wear dark makeup?

I guess that's what finally happens when the PC culture goes too far- no immunity to their own insanity!
