In the picture are rolls that are about 4 to 5 inches in diameter and often called Kaiser rolls.

The one thing that makes them different is that they become stale and essentially inedible the second day if they aren't eaten the first. (This from my husband's family who livedin New Yawk.)

Yeah, I looked at the picture and thought, that's a cheeseburger bun.

New York, just...I don't know.
