If the responses on this topic are any indication, everyone will only criticize the effort. Everyone screams "somebody do something" and "nothing is going to happen", but when an attempt to "do something" actually occurs, this is the drivel you get.

I signed it, not going to knock the effort. I doubt it does anything though. The first thing that needs to be done is recall Broome. Getting rid of Paul does nothing if she's just going to appoint another buffoon.
Then Paul needs to be removed from his post. The chief can't be fired, I don't think. He can be removed by the civil service commission from my understanding. (I may be wrong, if anybody knows, please correct me.)
Then, since we won't have a duly-elected mayor, I think having the former chiefs as advisors for the hire of a new chief would be helpful. If any of them would be willing to come back as interim, that would be a bonus as well. They could hold the position until a new mayor is elected.
I'm just throwing out ideas because this admin is fricked and bringing the city down with it.

This is the results of a selected mayor! Fix elections and this is fixed too! She did not win. Latoya did not win. JBE did not win….stolen elections have consequences….WTHU!
