UNO and Delgado have buildings in Metairie. Any other places I'm unaware of?
I actually had a class in the building next to the Audi dealership. We were the only class in the entire building the whole summer, yet they kept the building running 24/7. Our class had 10 people in it

Truth of the matter is, I wouldn't at all be surprised if most of the UNO student population LIVED in Metairie.
Meh, make fun of them all you want, but they arent graduating with tons of debt while most are working- at the cost of "the college experience". Theres no lazy river at UNO.
I have met plenty of good engineers out of UNO.

The correct answer is Pineville and it isn't close.

But wait, there's more!

Best college towns for bars*
1. Williamstown, Massachusetts
2. Grand Forks, North Dakota
3. Madison, Wisconsin
4. Reno, Nevada
5. Metairie, Louisiana
They note in the article that they rank by bartender employment rate, not by how great the bar scene is.
Edit: Another funny one is College Station for Texas. There's this place called Austin that's pretty well-known for being a great place for school.
