I think I’ve posted this before but he’s made a lot more good stuff so worth revisiting. Digital artist that has a Half Life 2 feel to it. Captures a nostalgic yet futuristic feel to his apocalyptic but kind of hopeful picture.

Photoshop/Painter/etc is his medium but you can’t do that without an established base on drawing, color theory, etc
