I just wish we would go to a straight up consumption tax and elminate property taxes entirely.

That's easy to believe. Colorado isn't North by any stretch, though. Technically, Montana is "North", but not "The North", as that expression is commonly used - "up North" or "The North" is New England, the Upper Midwest and the non-border Mid-Atlantic States.

Yeah a bunch of people who have businesses or business interests in South Florida who don’t plan on staying when they get past the age of working. They plan on being in places like Chicago more often. Some of its family, proximity to health care, hurricanes.
