I don’t understand why some people get the death penalty and others don’t. This guy killed someone.
There are about 1,500 murders in Texas each year.
Why is this specific murder worthy of the death penalty but so many others aren’t?

How anyone can support the death penalty when we know for sure that many innocent people have been murdered by the state is beyond comprehension.
