Get Owlie to smuggle you some juice from Mexico on his next trip over the fence.

This! You will see quick gains in all other exercises after doing legs. It will make you a horny dog too. I can not see my wife soon enough after doing a good leg work out.

If you are in your middle 30's or older you can get prescribed testosterone replacement therapy pretty easily.

On a side note does anyone now if hormone replacement therapy is covered by insurance under the Obama care guidelines???

Well I'll just repeat...taking something is seldom the answer.

Start with something very simple like Strong Lifts 5x5. Just get your arse in gear.

If you don't feel a lot better in 2 months then maybe go to the doctor. But having been on testosterone replacement therapy in the past, I can tell you it is not some magic bullet. I can also tell you that my testosterone levels went up naturally when I started taking better care of myself.

Steroids are the only reliable test booster. I wouldn't recommend though, they are great when you are on them but suck when you are off them. It's kinda addicting.

Those go hand in hand. Any exercise will help; lifting will probably help the most.

I felt like that after last deer season even though I was only about 10 lbs overweight. I don't train well without a goal, so I signed up for a sprint triathlon. Joined a gym, lifted twice a week and did swim bike run for cardio. I am stronger and have more energy but don't know if T is involved.
