Yes, I do. Because until you can properly vet the people you are putting on this list, you cannot be sure who you are denying a constitutionally protected right. Better safe than sorry is not a tenet I want our government using to control the populace any more than they already are. The onus of proving guilt will be on the government. Citizens, and non-citizens for that matter, should not have to prove their innocence. Also, if someone coming into the country is worthy of being put on a watch list because of suspected ties to terrorism, then they should be denied entry from the get go.

Constitution is the answer. Wanting or needing it isn't the issue. The only answer is that it's a constitutionally protected right and that right deserves protection.
