Maybe you haven’t been around long enough, I’ll explain it you to one day over a beer. Plenty of other posters know what I’m talking about, maybe they’re just sleeping.

He's like a middle school girl here. Does the same with nurse since she hates on La
He's the epitome of this quote
Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people.

Man I hate to get into middle school bullshite with my wife and daughter, much less on my leisure platform. You guys do your thing.
Roger my daughter is in the Many Glacier campground tonight. Her and my father have been traversing like a 40 mile trail. They've been sleeping in bear country during peak bear season and I'm nervous as hell. I think I'm overreacting. Agree?

Bruh, Nurse and I are friends, we give each other a hard time all the time
I’m also very compassionate towards her entire situation and she knows that.
You’re absolutely clueless

Nah, but your dad has years of experience there, he knows the routine. Food away from tent.
Bears are more dangerous when you surprise them, they aren't going to mess with a tent unless you've got food in it. Never hurts to have a 12ga in the tent though if the can I never Glacier
I get nervous camping onAdmiralty Island but I've never had one mess with a campsite.

He's not important enough to engage. I'll let him continue his pettiness, I'm accustomed to it

My dad is a South Louisiana redneck that's had a property in Montana for a few years. That's probably a qualification I omitted
Definitely a hardcore outdoorsman though

Can you carry firearms there?
I found these pull string pop flares arehighly effective against black bears. It's loud, shoots out about twenty five yards

I honestly don't think he cares. He told me he carries a S&W 44 and will return his granddaughter as he found her. I'm the baby worried sick about them.

They'll be fine. Spooking one on the trail is worse than camping. The ineffectiveness of handguns on bears is a myth.
Maybe they'll see one at a distance and give her something cool to talk about. Not many kids get that chance

Bellingham at least according to my weather app.
Love that place. That's the city I would nominate for this thread. All of the benefits of the PNW, but no traffic nightmares like the Seattle area. Right in between Seattle and Vancouver too.

Ive been to Leadville. It was a little too throwback for me.
If were to move, it’d be Denver or Colorado Springs maybe.
When we go up there we’re going to take my daughter on a tour of CU
