Probably 4 large complexes between 20 and 271 off 154. Past the ETMC campus you're pretty industrial but open until the Loop. Now, it's not scenic but scenic is all about Flint and the outside areas of the Loop.
Just thinking about the OP, I can't stress enough how many areas in or around Longview are great places to live. It's simply easy living. You can be at a lake, on the water in 4 directions within 30 minutes.

Speaking of that campus I wonder how huge it is now. Three years ago they were building pretty significant size buildings within.

They're in trouble. Mother Frances/ Cristus has taken over. ETMC just may fold if they can't figure something out. It's been reported kind of regularly in the area as they service the area's network but are losing patient enrollment due to the Cristus location expansion.
