The medical field is strong around here. When I went to purchase a house I found out that does more to prop up real estate prices than O&G. I ended up having to spend $50k more than I wanted to to get in a house worth a damn, or at least what I think. With your kids at that age you will want to get into the Mulberry school district. After that I believe private school will be the next step.
