If he was on the interstate 80 wouldn't constitute a super speeder fine, unless he was in a construction zone.

I got a ticket over the weekend for 80 in a 55 in Georgia. Ive been told this will be considered a "super speeder" ticket. I am a resident of Georgia, but not from the area. Can someone from Georgia tell me what this means? Should I just pay it? Fight it?

Just some extra money on your ticket,

hope you dont have another traffic violation in GA and are in an area where they do escalated tickets as well. super speeder with the escalated fees can put you easily in the 500-900 range in GA

Call an attorney in the town where you got the ticket. In the long run it will almost always save you money.

we kind of do, they just call it "Wreckless operation" It adds a bit to a ticket.
