It's a beautiful island. CRAZY expensive. Not your typical bachelor-type excursion - offers a more refined cultural experience.
Go there on your honeymoon, not your bachelor party.

Uhhh in our 54 ft catamaran they were much taller than the boat. When the stern was resting the trough, it was pretty damn scary. My sister has video and pictures.
I've never been in anything else close to that. He said it was some of the roughest water he'd seen in months.
You'd look up at the waves, but they weren't crashing/cresting, they were just huge mountains of water.
We kept catching fish in the rough stuff too. Like 10 wahoo. We all got too sick and had to move to smoother water and then we stopped catching anything.
Saw a humpback whale too.

ha
yeah, no charter boats are going to take you out in that. But if you do want to charter a boat use either the Mako or Challenger. Mako is a nicer boat, but Challenger has caught more grander marlin than just about any boat, and the captain is a really nice guy.

Our captain told us it was 20/25 and if you looked up at those waves that's how tall they looked by eyesight.
I'm not expert though. Just going by what he said and what we saw.
ETA:
Here's our charter, Paradise One.
It was fantastic. Crew was great.
And they cleaned some of our wahoo and we brought it to Chef Marcus Samuelsson's restaurant at the Hamilton Princess and they cooked it for us.

Also, he explained the "myth" of the Bermuda triangle to us.
HE claims that historically, before radar, people would see great weather outside and on the horizon and opt to travel in planes and on boats.
Problem with that is, he claims, that some of the best weather they get out there is just before hurricanes and other bad storms. So basically the weather baited people to travel just to surprise attack them with hurricanes.
ETA:
And he drove our charter through the "grave yard" in the ocean. And when he did he pulled in the fishing lines. There is apparently an area where locals historically had sea burials and still do maybe? It’s the cheapest method of burial and they would do it in the same area. He told us they’ve caught sharks with human limbs in them from the graveyard
