I am a teacher and have had a handful of trans kids.
I use last name or first name only.
One time I played it by the company line and actually referred to a kid as they (which was their preferred pronoun) and all the other kids nearby were like wtf and confused.
I had no desire to explain what was said since I am against all the BS.
No mas. You can't force me to use any pronouns.

Maybe, somebody will have to challenge this. As an employment law attorney, I don’t think it’s a constitutional violation. Just my opinion.
