This statement is very true, but you are coming off like a complete idiot when you act like every school has the same quality of admin across the board.

The discipline admin at my school is lazy as hell, and teachers suffer from a lack of support due to this fact.

For example, one of my buddies is a mid 20s science teacher, and he had a freshman girl student basically stalking him his first year as a teacher, leaving love notes on his desk, sending inappropriate emails, leaving gifts outside his door, etc. The girl never even got moved out of his class after he reported every single thing that happened, which blew my mind.

Couple weeks ago another friend had a student threaten to kill her, and the student got moved to the classroom across the hallway from her.

Just a couple examples of a multitude I could use from my high school. I personally have no management issues, but once in a while you are going to have a student that is a complete piece of crap and it won't matter a damn what kind of management skills you have if your admin doesn't back you up.
