How can one tell if his hand is up the skirt? It is not lifted or out of place in the pic.

Is he accused of his hand being up her skirt or just on her arse? It certainly doesn't look like it is under her skirt but certainly lower than her ribs.

He was accused of grabbing her arse underneath her skirt by her and her staff to his boss, they fired him, he sued her.
Photo proves nothing, it is he said vs she said. Now as far as her liability in his firing without having definitive proof, ask the lawyers

agreed, I think he was just doing a normal publicity pose, she was either pulled to other side by girlfriend or she moved to be away from him and his hand is where you see it in the photo.
Photo doesnt really do a thing IMO

His hand is not up her skirt in that picture. The sides are hanging down perfectly. The sides would be up if he was groping bare arse.
What if he thought the pictures were done and was just lowering his hand from ribs. It is hard to really tell from one picture where his hand is.

I can't make it out, but it looks to be either a red letter in the background or the inside of his wrist.
