How about this (in all seriousness):
1) We completely shut our borders to muslim immigration, period. No more student visas. No more new muslim student applications.
2) We allow current muslim/middle eastern student visas to expire. Once expired they must return to country of origin.
3) Anyone on the visa list who fails to leave will be considered in violation of law and will be sought for justice and treated as potential national security threat.
4) We actively monitor all muslim Americans for certain behaviors that could eventually lead to mass atrocities.
5) If mass atrocities do occur, we treat it as an act of war versus a mere workplace violence event. We call it for what it is: Islamic Terrorism.
6) We promote the 2nd Amendment as a way to ensure the American way of life and to promote personal safety thru gun ownership versus attacking the 2nd Amendment as the cause of all our woes.
7) We investigate and question every family member, friend, and organization that associated with known terrorists. Make it known to all suspects that any anti-American associations could result in loss of American citizenship.
8) Any direct links to foreign governments would be an act of war. Strike as necessary.
And on and on and on...

Totally different time than now.. Today we have super warriors and "green beret" "navy seal" types on social media and twitter.. They get together with friends online who have similar views and tweet about it. Then they get brave and decide to go to Starbucks and actually meet up and discuss the current social injustice.. Then they decide to stage a demonstration... yet when they do, and they actually meet real people who disagree with them.. they then need for some establishment to give them "safe places" because they have been triggered or feel "unsafe"..
