I dissagree with the idiot comment. You know him a whole lot less than I.
On the herd immunity he was making a general comment that it was very difficult to attain and its costing them.
I am not making the statement that USA did anything one way or another. But the claim that Hydroxycloroquine is being used successfully in Sweden to treat COVID and they are all doing great is ridiculous and has been rejected as a treatment by the medical community including Fauci....
Its a malaria drug FFS. The only reason we are even talking about it is because President Trump stated that he was using it himself... which was another lie.

I don't know anything about Sweden's covid response but looking at their numbers, they've reported 7 total deaths in August.

They may not be done, you're right. I'm just pointing out that the whole point of the "do nothing" approach was to have a short steep spike with shorter duration,as opposed to the longer flatter curve of lock downs. To compare the numbers now is disingenuous because nobody could possibly know which approach yields the better results until both curves have finished. Of course Sweden would have higher numbers right now. Pointing that out now doesn't prove anything.

You need to read up on the pharmacology of the drug, specifically it’s mechanism of action. (Hint: ionophore) Then read the studies, all of them. Certain studies worked because it combined it with the correct treatments. Other studies failed....because they didn’t combine it with Correct treatments (Hint: mineral) Wonder why these failures were allowed to happen and then touted so much?
