Our company has been very good about it all. It has been really funny to be on conference calls and some times everyone hears a baby crying or a kid screaming in the back ground when someone's mic isn't muted.

They had stressed how important it was to take care of family and not stay glued to the computer. Several departments even sent out calendar invites for an hour every day to block lunch/teaching time.

Same here. I've seen a few kids on skype calls. No big deal, we were all at home and kids weren't in school. Now that summer has hit, some have talked about going back to the office, but child care is an issue for some.

I'm likely not going back until September at the very earliest. I worked in a high rise, and they still want to social distance in elevators, so getting a couple thousand people to their desk would take several hours. Maybe 15% of our workforce will return at the start, and then gradually phase in the rest that will return. I'm fine with that. Ideally, I would like to work 2 days a week at the office and the rest from home. There are just some things that are much faster when I'm docked in at work and not relying on VPN speeds. The second week of the month I'm pulling large data queries, and the 3rd week is when some of our busiest times are. But outside of that, I could do it all from home with ease.
