Superdome parking for 7pm concert

Parking under superdome for a 7pm concert on Saturday. Can I get in that garage at 12pm if I wanted to get there early?

i dont think parking usually opens until a few hours before, like maybe 3 or so?

a) additional staffing and security for the extra time the garages were open
b) folks who actually care about doing anything more than the absolute minimum to keep their jobs
c) creative thinking

Sorry, I’d imagine the garages probably won’t open until 3:00 pm and the Dome itself at 5:00pm.
