Mostly of retirees and professionals trying to escape the demographic changes and cultural enrichment in Montgomery. These people aren’t hurting for money.

I live close to Liberty Park, a suburb here in Bham. Every family has to have one of these. It's sad to see all the little kids riding around in them. Sidewalks everywhere and these lazy kids and their lazy parents turn them loose in a golf cart.
