I just plugged in Gonzales to Donaldsonville on my cellphone map app. It says 25 minutes. I would say the Sunshine bridge is open.

neither is I-12 East in Hammond
I-12 East is now closed at Airport Road (Hammond) for vehicle recovery operations. Congestion is approximately 5 miles in length. Motorist are advised to use an alternate route.

I went over it around 10:00 am today.
They were doing routine bridge inspections and one lane was open going West bound.
