Stupid question and probably for the tech board, but how do you post a gif from giphy?

I have no problems copying gif links from other sites... But the giphy link I get when I copy the image link from them never works for me.
Is there something easy I'm missing?

Open the image again in a new tab, then copy and paste.

Yeah giphy is a POS. I usually follow my search terms with "imgur."
But yeah as mentioned, you have to do the "open image in New tab" thing TWICE when you're on giphy.

After I click on the gif and it opens by itself,I Right Click.I Left click "View Image Info".Then Copy the URL that is highlighted and shows the gif below.Then Paste the URL in the "Image" box in my post.

Same Here. I suggested that once on the help board and everyone lost their minds. Apparently tiger droppings is the greatest forum ever, nothing ever needs to change.
