Possibly. Manslaughter carries 0-40 years and he's 56. Probably won't get that much time but you never know.

Adults fighting over petty bullshite that kids fight over is monumentally retarded and trashy. It's not like a 5th grade schoolyard fight where the worst you get is a shiner. The potential for serious injury and death is way too great.
Also, if the internet hasn't taught you by now that you are extremely vulnerable to getting blindsided by a buddy of the other guy and beaten in the head when down or even unconscious, then not walking away from a fight is on you.
