Covid affects blacks people,worse than whites because they all have very low vitamin D levels.
Majority of Americans are deficient in Vit.D especially in the winter.
Skin makes Vit D with exposure to sun,blacks have to be in sun significantly longer than whites to manufacture Vit D.
Vit D is very important for a healthy immune system.Some Drs say flu season is actually low Vit D season.

Just got over COVID and learned this the hard way.
I took D3 twice a week up until I got sick. ENT told.me to take it every day and I have since and will continue to do so. I also doubled my Zinc intake. Twice a day now instead of once daily.

Best way to do Vito D is for lab test.to check,levels.Dr.I started going to does lab test every checkup.He wants level of 50 ng.
