My gf's brother went to Baylor Law. I'm going to have to ask him about that at Christmas. Did not know they were known for being so cutthroat.

I remember hearing that in law school from a Baylor transfer and thinking it didn't make much sense. But every time this comes up, they're discussed. No idea why it is like that.

I was never stingy with outlines (either given to me or in the extremely rare case made on my own), you never know when you might need a favor from someone down the road.

Yeah I tell people that if you can get into a consistent study group early on and take classes together (with smart people), it'll make your life much better.

I was fortunate to get in early with a group of 4 other folks, all in the top 25% or so including our overall #1. We'd compare schedules every semester, study together, split up outlining responsibilities, go to the bar and drink together, etc. Two people in the group got married.

You're going to spend a shite load of time around the same people, so finding people who are both smart and fun to spent 60 hours a week with for 3 years is key, IMO.
