Once was goin out as an LSU fr and getting ATM $ at the Union. Running back to my gf's car, slid my big toe on the stairs, where there was a gap, it popped off. I doubled over for a moment and told them to have fun without me (as if). The pain was blinding.

I dropped a dresser in a box on my big toe in July 2016 and it still hasn’t finished growing back all the way. Good luck

Dragged my toe on a metal nail in a door-threshold and it split the toenail right in half last summer. Went to the beach a few weeks later and got caught in some seaweed and ripped it off.
I guess it grew back without any issues. Kind of forgot about it after a couple of months.

One time I slammed my finger in the backdoor of my car. The car had manual locks, so I had to unlock the driver door, reach in and unlatch the back door, then open said door to release my finger. Fingernail turned black and fell off a few days after.
