Both and if I die from it well frick it. I've got many other things I'm sure will kill me first. I don't like swamp pits.

Deodorant. Several women I know have developed lumps in their breasts from wearing antiperspirant.

AP makes pit stains and is terrible for you.

I used it forever until I switched a couple years ago. So much better just using regular old spice deodorant. Actually sweat less, no stains, no smell.

Been wearing AP but it might have ruined a shirt or two of mine with the stains.

Will be experimenting with the deo to see the difference.
