I would let him know he sent it to the wrong person but also that you don't give a shite what he does in his own time so long as it doesn't endanger you, your family or property

Life sucks for a lot of people, I mean it really sucks. They have to function and be "happy" though so they self medicate. Drug addicts are fricking everywhere. You cannot avoid them, and most times you have no idea you're dealing with them because they look and act just like you and everyone else that's "normal"
