If we are being serious, I honestly believe that when she was giving $130k, she probably laughed, thinking that the story had already been published several years earlier, but if she wanted to make it into something, it would be worth a lot more than $130k.. So she took it to her lawyer and she used the opportunity, by waiting until it would benefit her to have her name in the news.
From a business perspective, I can't blame her.
