It is almost like people are buying things online more and more....changing technology has simply moved the market from in person shopping to ordering for delivery. It is what it is.

Yeah, that is certainly the only driving force behind the market falling

You might be fricking with everyone though, it's hard to tell sometimes with the shite posted on here

No not the only thing, but a bigger part than they are letting on. What do you buy at Target or Walmart that you can't get online and have delivered pretty damn fast? I would guess the labor and other costs involved in selling and shipping out of warehouses is less than keeping several individual stores within a 20 minute drive stocked.

Because in their attempt at world domination, they overextended.

The stock market is down because there was always the asset bubble that came from the gov't being too heavily into bolstering the stock market during pandemic and then allowed inflation to run away rather than correcting it because of arrogant idiocy. It is almost like this happens in cycles or something...

Good time to shift bond money in your portfolio to stocks.

I heard an analyst say the other day that even bonds are sucking wind. He cited some index but I didn’t look it up.

Worse case, the fed continues to adjust interest rates to get this shite in check. We have a few years of pain, then things start to level out.

Worser case, they don’t and the value of our dollar plummets. We hit hyperinflation, throw our hands up in defeat (wink wink) and end up on a global currency. Then we get our sweet arse government apartments and government assigned jobs.

I’m also not smart.
